What's New at TripLog - September 2025

This month, we’ve made updates to improve accuracy, security, and reporting across TripLog. Here’s what’s new:

Prevent Trips From Being Assigned to the Wrong Driver

We’ve added safeguards to ensure trips can’t be mistakenly reassigned to another driver. Admins will now see a clear warning if a trip’s ownership is about to change, reducing errors and protecting reporting accuracy.

Smoother Concur Uploads

Some users experienced issues when uploading trips to Concur due to duplicate trip entries. This has been resolved, ensuring smoother, error-free uploads.

Enhanced Security With Our ADP Integration

TripLog now stores ADP integration keys using Amazon Web Services (AWS) Secrets Manager, adding an extra layer of enterprise-grade security for your payroll connections.

Smarter Expense & Trip Escalations

If a supervisor is out of office, escalation rules will now automatically route to the supervisor’s delegates.

Other Fixes & Improvements

  • Trip exports now sort by date, with the most recent trips first.

  • The “Vehicle - Mileage” expense category now appears correctly in our downloadable CSV reports.

  • Imported locations are preserved during location merges, even if shared across an organization.
