Improved Location Selection for Large Location Lists

We’ve enhanced how you select saved locations when creating or editing trip entries. If you have fewer than 2,000 saved locations, you’ll see the full list in the dropdown as before.

For organizations with 2,000+ locations, the dropdown will now instead open a search field, allowing you to quickly find the location you need. If you don’t have any saved locations, it shows the driver’s 20 most recently visited addresses.

Admin-Only Custom Fields

You can now create custom fields that are visible and editable by admins only. When setting up a new custom field, simply check the “For admins only” option.

Enhanced Tax Reporting for Canadian Customers

Canadian businesses now get more detailed tax breakdowns in their business expense reports.

In addition to the total tax amount, you’ll now see a breakdown by tax type (GST, PST, HST, etc.), making it easier to track and report on different provincial and federal taxes.

New Location Validation Filter: Address-Coordinate Mismatches

We’ve added a new filter to help you identify locations where the saved address doesn’t match the GPS coordinates. Previously, you could only see this information by opening each individual location.

Now you can see all mismatched locations at once, making it much easier to audit and clean up your location data!

Other Fixes & Improvements

• Fixed an issue where users were incorrectly receiving consent emails when being added to organizations they were already members of.

• Escalation level indicators now appear on expense entries, not just trips, showing how many times an item has been escalated.

• Improved approval hierarchy visibility to show up to five levels in the escalation path.

• ADP and other integration secret keys are now better encrypted in our system configuration.

• Fixed a permissions issue where certain admins could change approval batches to “Pay Scheduled” without proper access. Now, only users with accountant-level access can pay schedule batches.

• Resolved an issue affecting commute distance calculations for distances over 1,000 miles.
