1780680774573

Our newest updates include expanded integration support, more consistent report formatting, improved receipt processing, and more. Here’s what’s new at TripLog!
UKG Ready Multi-EIN Support
TripLog’s UKG Ready integration now supports multiple EINs (Employer Identification Numbers), making it easier for orgs with more complex company structures to manage their payroll and reimbursement processes.
Consistent Currency and Date Formatting
Reports now format currency and dates based on the settings of the user currently logged in.
Previously, reports could sometimes display currency symbols or date formats differently depending on the locale settings tied to individual users. This update helps keep report formatting more consistent for admins.
Improved Receipt OCR Processing
We updated the backend system that powers our OCR receipt capturing feature to improve security and data handling.
You can rest easy knowing that your data is not used to train outside AI models and stays within a secure processing environment.
New Mileage by User Widget
We’ve added a new “Mileage by User” widget to the Performance page in the TripLog web app.
Admins can now see mileage ranked by user, making it easier to review driver activity and quickly identify which users have logged the most mileage.
Other Bug Fixes & Improvements
Fixed a rounding issue on the QuickBooks Online invoices page that could cause mileage discrepancies.
Fixed a permissions issue that could allow admins without User Manager permissions to access the Users page.
Fixed an issue where employees were not immediately notified when a new schedule was created for them.
Updated totals on the Trips page for organizations using tax groups so totals now include applicable taxes and tips.
Added a yellow highlight and tooltip when a trip has the same start time as another trip, making duplicate start times easier to identify and review.
