This month, we’ve rolled out several key updates and improvements to make TripLog faster, smarter, and more reliable for you and your team. Here’s what’s new:

ADP Integration Improvements

For organizations using ADP, TripLog now supports importing workers’ departments and supervisors directly from your ADP roster. Onboarding and managing your team is now even easier!

More Accurate ADP Expense Uploads

When UK or Canadian customers upload expenses to ADP, TripLog now detects whether your organization has tax groups enabled.

• If tax groups are enabled, we’ll upload the full total (expense + tax + tip)

• If tax groups are not enabled, we’ll exclude the tax and tip, and only upload the original amount.

Enhanced Security for Bank Feed Connections

TripLog now uses Finicity, a Mastercard company, to handle bank feed integrations. Your bank credentials never pass through TripLog.

Improved Payment Validation

We’ve added state and ZIP code consistency checks when processing payments to help prevent errors.

Other Fixes and Improvements

• Fixed an issue affecting payment processing for certain customers.

• Resolved problems some users experienced when uploading PDFs for OCR in the web app.

• Addressed an issue causing some Flex Plan (bill by usage) customers to be billed twice.

• Fixed an issue that prevented trips from saving properly when required custom fields were enabled.
