This month’s updates include new controls and visibility improvements across TripLog, along with a handful of helpful fixes. As always, thanks for using TripLog!

Abnormally Long Trip Warnings

The TripLog app will now warn users when a single trip exceeds over 600 miles (1,000 kilometers).

When a trip exceeds this threshold, users will see a prompt asking them to double-check the mileage for continuing, helping catch potentially incorrect trip records.

Improved Unpaid Bill Visibility

Customers on TripLog’s Flex Plan using our usage-based billing option can now view all outstanding invoices individually when multiple unpaid bills are due.

Previously, accounts with more than one unpaid invoice didn’t have a clear way to view each outstanding bill. This update makes it easier to see and manage everything that’s currently due.

Department-Level Custom Field Visibility

Admins can now limit custom field values to specific departments.

When configured, those values will only appear for users within the selected department, giving organizations more control over which custom field options are available to different groups of employees.

Other Bug Fixes & Improvements

• Fixed an issue that could cause commute deductions to calculate incorrectly for trips manually marked as commute.

• Improved ADP upload error messages to identify which company code caused an upload to fail.

• Expanded the allowable date range for trip CSV imports, with trips from up to 10 years ago now able to be imported.
